 - North/South Dakota
 - Eastern Montana
 - Northern Minnesota
 - Most of Nebraska (excluding Omaha area)
 - Eastern Wyoming
 
 Conditions and forecasts as of 2:45 PM CDT/1:45 PM MDT.
