Guys, after reading to what had happened last night, I am very speechless on what to say. Good thing I missed out otherwise who'd know if I'd be posting right now.
@Jesse, I agree and disagree with you in many ways. Just ignoring it would probably be the best thing to do. However, when you say "kicking people off the staff is cruel", it is cruel because all it might just do is cause people to argue more and then there would be issues such as what happened here.
@Alex, asking Jesse if he had to swear at Molly just influences the issue.
@Jonathan, you have a point about saying there doesn't have to be admins online all the time.
@Martin, there are indeed people who do want to pick fights, but in all honesty, I think they do it just for attention.
@Tyler, you're absolutely correct! If people just don't like it here, then why the heck do they even visit this place?
So overall, I think Patrick is a great addition to the admin team and as for Gary, since he is the creator of the forum, I doubt he could be removed.
